About Our Team

Selection Process

Maggie’s Care Services takes a unique approach when hiring new carers: experience and previous training are important but we select staff that demonstrate a kind and friendly disposition.

Background Checks

At Maggie’s Care Services we are rigorous in our background checks, we require a substantial amount of references and perform DBS checks on all of our employees. The reason we do these checks is so we know without a doubt the nature and experience of our employees, ensuring they are all trustworthy, reliable and excellent.

Regular Training

Ongoing training is a key staple in our operations to ensure high quality services from our carers. Our training is done in-house by our lovely family centered owners to ensure everybody is far above standard. The qualifications and certificates carers receive from our training will ensure our carers are ready for any situation.

Ongoing Support

At Maggie’s Care Services we are big believers in having a tight knit community feel among our carers and staff. Outside of training, staff participate in regular supervision meetings, reflective sessions and regular direct contact with the management team who are available at all times. Staff are incentivised by the positive feedback given by the people in their care.
